Sanctuary

Bethany’s Sanctuary is celebrated for its iconic blue wall, exceptional acoustics, and stunning views of the Rocky Mountains to the west. This versatile space is perfectly suited for small, medium, and large performances, as well as special ceremonies and gatherings.
Capacity: 650 guests

The Sanctuary also features a world-class 55-rank pipe organ and a Steinway grand piano, both available for use.

Fellowship Hall

Bethany’s Fellowship Hall  Hall provides a warm, adaptable setting for receptions, rehearsal dinners, wine tastings, and other special events. It is also an excellent venue for recitals and small ensemble performances, including quartets and quintets.

Amenities include:

  • Small sound system
  • Presentation screen (plug-and-play with your laptop)
  • Podium
  • Adjacent commercial kitchen

Capacity: Flexible arrangements for 50–250 guests within a 3,000 sq. ft. space
 Furnishings: 6–8 bistro tables, 10–12 round tables, banquet tables, and chairs (additional tables available upon request)

Fellowship Hall opens onto a covered patio and a spacious courtyard showcasing beautiful Rocky Mountain views. For larger gatherings, the west courtyard lawn offers an ideal location for a tented extension.

Great Hall

Bethany’s Great Hall is a highly adaptable space ideal for rehearsals, performances, meetings, and special events — a true blank canvas where you can bring your vision to life. It can be used as one expansive room or divided into three separate spaces to suit your needs.

Music Rooms

Room 312 – Rehearsal / Lecture Hall
Room 312 is Bethany’s most popular space for rehearsals and small performances. It comfortably seats up to 120 guests, with a maximum capacity of 150 depending on the setup. This room is ideal for recitals, chamber concerts, and lectures.


Rooms 314, 315, and 316
Rooms 315 and 316 may be used as individual rehearsal spaces or combined to create a larger area. Bell tables are stored away when the room is in use. Room 314 offers similar flexibility and is well-suited for small group rehearsals and private lessons.

Chapel

Bethany’s Chapel offers an intimate and adaptable space that can be arranged east-to-west or south-to-north depending on your event’s needs.

Instruments available:

  • Upright piano
  • Roland organ (additional instruments may be brought in with prior approval)

A sound system is available for use in this space.

Youth Wing (lower level)

 Bethany’s Youth Wing provides a variety of small to large rooms that can be tailored to meet your event needs. These flexible spaces are ideal for meetings, workshops, rehearsals, and breakout sessions.

Please note: Use of Youth Wing rooms requires a special request and approval.

The area is fully accessible, with elevator access available to ensure easy setup and convenience for all guests and event organizers.
