Commitment to our guests
Once an event is confirmed through a signed agreement and paid deposit, concert dates are held and not moved.

Campus Access & Scheduling

Scheduling Notes
- Busiest months: October, part of November, December, March, part of April, and May
- Less busy months are encouraged when possible
- Matinee + evening performances in one day may be an option—please inquire

Performance Spaces
- Sanctuary seating for up to 646
- Excellent acoustics
- Iconic blue wall and visually striking space
- Professional AV technical team (sound, cameras, Illustrator, and more)
- Staging and risers provided, with setup and teardown handled by our team
- 60+ music stands and orchestra chairs, bell tables, and additional equipment
- Green rooms for performers and special concert guests
- Overflow seating (200–250) in Fellowship Hall with no audio or video delay

- Recitals Chapel and 312 are excellent rooms for 75-125 guests
- Weddings in the Sanctuary or Chapel

Outdoor Spaces
- West Courtyard – mountain views and large open space for outdoor events
- East Courtyard – intimate inner courtyard for luncheons and small gatherings

Fellowship Hall & Receptions
- 3,000 sq. ft. flexible Fellowship Hall
- Seating up to 200 banquet-style
- Standing or auditorium-style seating up to 250
- Lounge seating with couches and chairs
- Before - and/or after-event receptions available
- Commercial kitchen access (light use or full use*)
- Guest refrigerators, ice, sinks, and countertops
- Ample counter space for food setup
