The Bethany Arts & Events team is here to answer all your questions and help you every step of the way.
What to Expect
- Event spaces provided clean and ready to use
- You are responsible for all decorating and setup (Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, or other reserved spaces)
- Table setup and post-event cleanup are your responsibility
- All rooms must be returned to their original condition
- You may bring your own caterer
- Bartenders must be hired separately (requirements will be provided)
Need a Little Extra Help?
If you’d prefer additional support, we offer:
- Event setup assistance
- Additional event staff
- Wedding planning services
Pricing for added services is customized based on your specific needs.
