The Bethany Arts & Events team is here to answer all your questions and help you every step of the way.

What to Expect

• Event spaces provided clean and ready to use
• You are responsible for all decorating and setup and teardown (Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, or other reserved spaces)
• Table setup and post-event cleanup are your responsibility
• All rooms must be returned to their original condition
• You may bring your own caterer
• Bartenders (requirements will be provided) Beer and wine only.

Need a Little Extra Help?

If you’d prefer additional support, we offer:

• Event setup assistance
• Additional event staff
• Wedding planning services

Pricing for added services is customized based on your specific needs.

You’re also welcome to bring in your own team to help execute your event.

A Wedding Day That Feels Easy, Joyful & Stress-Free

From the rehearsal to your final walk down the aisle, our team is here to help your wedding ceremony feel smooth, meaningful, and beautifully organized.

What’s Included.

Everything you need for a confident, well-supported ceremony:

• 1-hour wedding rehearsal so your wedding party knows where to go, what to do, and what to expect
• Up to 5 hours on your wedding day for your ceremony and surrounding preparations
• Dedicated Wedding Coordinator to guide both your rehearsal and ceremony
• Officiant services with one of our pastors.  This includes premarital counseling.  In some cases, you may bring your own offciant, pricing will not change to accomodate this option
• Professional sound technician to ensure your music, microphones, and vows are heard clearly
• Full use of our beautiful sanctuary and designated wedding party suites
• 6 total hours of supported time between your rehearsal and wedding day.  Additional time can be added as needed.

Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a larger celebration, we’ll help create an experience that feels relaxed, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Planning a Smaller Wedding?

For intimate weddings with fewer than 50 guests, our Chapel may be a beautiful option.

Receptions:

Up to 100 guests. 

5 hours - 3 hours event, and 2 hour setup/teardown.  More time can be added.

Fellowship Hall fits comfortably 80-100 guests, providing room for DJ and dance floor area.  

Over 100+, other seating options will be needed.  Talk with us about how that may look. 

200 guest maximum seating capacity indoor/outdoor setup (Spring and Summer).

• Use of Fellowship Hall & West Courtyard
• Fellowship Hall tables & chairs
• Banquet & bistro tables
• Wedding Coordinator
• Light Kitchen Access - countertops, guest refrigerator and warming oven.
• On-site Custodial Support
• 5 total hours (including setup and teardown).  Additional hours are available.

Pricing is based on a set amount of time, required staff and included services requested.
