The Bethany Arts & Events team is here to answer all your questions and help you every step of the way.

What to Expect

• Event spaces provided clean and ready to use
• You are responsible for all decorating and setup (Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, or other reserved spaces)
• Table setup and post-event cleanup are your responsibility
• All rooms must be returned to their original condition
• You may bring your own caterer
• Bartenders must be hired separately (requirements will be provided)

Need a Little Extra Help?

If you’d prefer additional support, we offer:

• Event setup assistance
• Additional event staff
• Wedding planning services

Pricing for added services is customized based on your specific needs.

You’re also welcome to bring in your own team to help execute your event.
