The Bethany Arts & Events team is here to answer all your questions and help you every step of the way.

What to Expect

• Event spaces provided clean and ready to use
• You are responsible for all decorating and setup and teardown (Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, or other reserved spaces)
• Table setup and post-event cleanup are your responsibility
• All rooms must be returned to their original condition
• You may bring your own caterer
• Bartenders (requirements will be provided) Beer and wine only.

If you’d prefer additional support, we offer:

• Event setup assistance
• Additional event staff
• Wedding planning services

Pricing for added services is customized based on your specific needs.

You’re also welcome to bring in your own team to help execute your event.

Everything you need for a confident, well-organized ceremony:

• A 1-hour rehearsal so everyone knows where to go and what to do
• Up to 4 hours for your wedding ceremony
• A dedicated Wedding Coordinator to guide rehearsal + ceremony
• Officiant services — our pastors are available and preferred
• Professional sound technician for clear music, vows, and microphones
• Full use of our beautiful sanctuary and wedding party suites
• 5 total hours of supported time

Smaller weddings under 50 may consider the Chapel.  

Reception Package Starting at $2,000*

*Up to 100 guests. 

5 hours - 3 hours event, and 2 hour setup/teardown.  More time can be added.
